TERMS & CONDITIONS:

General Terms

- Maintenance for the Equipmentshall be under supplier scope.

- During delivery vehicle need be clean and good condition.

- During delivery all required documents like istimara, valid insurance & authorization letter shoud be provided.
- Mobilization & De-Mobilization less than 3 months scope of IIC, 3-6 Months Mob from IIC & De-mob from Supplier, More
than 6 months scope of supplier.
- Equipment working should be 10 hours per day, 6 days in a week, 260 hours per month more than this counted as
overtime and same rate will be applicable.
- IIC will not entertain any claims or back charges against the accidents happened at site. IIC will provide all the legal
documentation for Claiming insurance as per the Govt rules and regulations.
 Payment Terms

- Payment will be in 45 days from the date of Invoice.
