Bagan Thiripyitsaya Sanctuary resort is a resort hotel in Bagan, Myanmar which is the famous
tourist in Myanmar. Bagan Thiripyitsaya Sanctuary resort Hotel is a luxury hotel set amidst the
teak tree forests of Myanmar. Our hotel is located on the banks of River Irrawaddy and
overlooks the valley where Buddha’s monastery was first constructed, Bagan Jetty. We are
inspired by the culture and heritage, so that you can feel part of it as you experience all that
Bagan has to offer, with superior service and all at a very affordable price.
Bagan Thiripyitsaya Sanctuary Resort is located in an ancient and friendly village called
Thepggyi, about 5 km from Bagan. It was built as the guesthouse for elite visitors to the
Kingdom, who enjoy easy access to the Palace of Shwe Zin Min. Thiripyitsaya has also hosted
many international political and business leaders and celebrities over the years, who have
made it their preferred stay in this historic town. The ambiance of the Bagan Thiripyitsaya
Resort is a delightful balance between old traditions and modern amenities. The resort offers 7
themed suites, each with its own unique style, in addition to 18 spacious rooms that are
blissfully isolated from others by luxurious gardens and private patios. The Bagan Thiripyitsaya
is located in the Pagoda Road, Bagan. The guest house was established 30 years ago as the
Government's guesthouse for elite visitors. It was taken over by Japanese investors and
managers in 1996, and has since then undergone extensive renovation, upgrading and
expansion.

The slogan of Thiripyitsaya Sanctuary Resort Hotel is “A Hotel in the heart of Bagan”. The USP of
Thiripyitsaya Sanctuary Resort Hotel is that it give a full ancient Bagan mood as it is constructed
in the ancient Bagan village where you can find the remaining of the monetary, pagodas and
some ancient buddha images of the Bagan Era. And as Thiripyitsaya is located at bank of
Ayeyarwady river, staying there will take you back to the ancient Bagan.

On page SEO Audit of “Thiripyitsaya Sanctuary Resort” using SEO quake


Although we know that, “Thiripyitsaya Sanctuary Resort” has a website, we do not know where the
Website is rank and its SEO score. In order to do it I would carry out on page SEO audit usig a tool called
“SEOquake”. According to my research of home page of “Thiripyitsaya Sanctuary Resort” ,
http://www.thiripyitsaya-resort.com/en/ . It has a decent URL with 32 charcter which is within the
normal limit. Title is present but there isn’t a meta description, as well as no meta keyword. Decent
heaedings are present. The site doesn’t has “Robot.txt” file or a “XML Sitemap” . As they doesn’t take
care of their SEO or did paid marketing, the page is no where to be found on the SERP page.

and with total backlink of 914. It’s organic traffic has been falling since April 2021. The site uses
some organic keywords as shown in the screenshots below but it doesn’t try to use any paid
keyword. By looking at those result we can know the although, they doesn’t appear on the SERP
page or their organic traffic are getting lower, the business doesn’t seem to care and take
action for it.

As for my competitors I have chosen two local hotel which operate in the same city of my chosen
business. The first one is called “Aureum Palace Bagan” which is the market leader among them and
another is “Bagan Herritage Hotel” which might seem to take good care of their SEO score.

The Aureum palace hotel in Bagan is located next to the Nyaung Oo Golf Club in Bagan with
traditional ancient Myanmar styling. It is only 11 km away from the famous 12 th century
“Anada” pagoda and 12 km from the “Bu Pagoda” riverside shrine. The airport is just 3 km
away. The room of Aureum palace start from $30 which are build in ancient style with polished
teak furniture free Wi-Fi, TV, mini bars and a tea and coffee making facilities. Higher level
rooms has kitchen area where the visitors can cook. More advance rooms which cause $200 has
a butler service and a private pool. The hotel has 2 restaurant, 3 bars, 2 swimming pools, a gym
space and a spa. Ancient style carriage ride and airport transfers are available for a fee.

Bagan heritage hotel is located nearest to Nyaung-U airport, the hotel is build in a temple style
which has been build around a lake. It is only 3 km away from the viewing point at Bagan Nan
Myint Tower and 6 kilometer from the most famous temple of the ancient city, the Shwezigon
Pagoda. The hotel has 12 buildings styled ancient Buddhist temples which symbolizes 12
Dynasties of Myanmar. All the rooms are polished which include free Wi-Fi, TV, minifridges, as
well as balconies. The room rates start from $20. Higher prices room has bi level, a living room
and/or lake view. Kid under 5 are free of charge and the breakfast is traditional buffet. It

Recommendation for Thiripyitsaya sanctuary resort
According to my research, I thought the content strategy used by competitors is not much
different from my chosen business. In fact, paid marketing of my chosen business is performing
better on Facebook. Not longer after my search of its page on Facebook, I saw it sponsored post
on my newsfeed. But for better performance I would like to suggest the hotel to adept omni
channel marketing and take good care of the on page SEO.

Recommendation - 1
In order to recommend, I would suggest the hotel to adept omni channel marketing.
Omnichannel marketing is a strategy that allows organizations to meet their consumers where
they are, with the right message at the right time. Through omnichannel marketing,
organizations can deliver a unified customer experience that acknowledges the previous
touchpoints along the customer journey. This not only fosters brand awareness in the mind of
the consumer, but also leads to improved engagement, increased ROI and sales, and enhanced
customer retention and loyalty. An omnichannel marketing strategy allows teams to meet their
consumers where they are—online, in-store, on social media platforms with the right message
at the right time. By employing a broad range of digital strategies across multiple channels (and
even physical locations), brands are able to provide customers with a seamless customer
experience.

Recommendation - 2
Thiripyitsaya sanctuary resort website has the least SEO score among the others. It doesn’t
have a meta description, Robot.txt file or even XML sitemap. The lack of those have led to
lower SEO so the website cannot be found on the SERP. It doesn’t also used paid keyword and
its organic traffics are declining. Although the hotel is doing well on the Facebook, it should take
care of its website and SEO.

The process of incorporating social media on a website is important for many reasons.
Following the few example benefits;
1. More Traffic – making social media buttons seeable on the website allows users to see
more, so more traffics are driven to those respective social media pages.

2. Lower bounce rate - After channelizing the attention of people onto your website, one
thing that is not good to watch is them visiting the website for just a few seconds. In this
regard, Good and valuable content is the key to audience engagement. With a social
media feed widget, button or social media display, adds that intriguing content to your
website.

3. Give a scene of trust – Have a social media button, widget or feed make customers
explore more on their preferred social media which in turn gain trust.
