Subject: Model Change of Delvo DLV30/45/70 series

This is to inform you that the model names of DLV30/45/70 series of 100V domestic
versions will be changed. The appearance will be changed simultaneously.
For further details, please see the list attached separately.

The new models will be on sale from March, 2017.

Also, please note that the 230V versions of SPC type screwdrivers (dedicated
screwdrivers for screw fastening counters) will be changed successively.

Length and mass are the same Downsizing of Housing

By the removal of the Elastomer, the thickness of the grip part is increased, realizing
ergonomic grip and lower vibration.

■ Improved engagement length between the Motor and the Gear

The engagement length between the Motor and the Gear is increased:
3mm → 5.4mm

The durability and dimensional precision are improved by reviewing the Fan shape

■ Improved temperature characteristics

The temperature rise is restrained by optimizing the inlet port position and the air
flow around the Motor.

■ Improved vibration level

Vibration level falls 20% than conventional models and is operator-friendly.
