Dear Sir:

It came to my knowledge, through Division Memorandum OSDS-2023-006, dated

January 9, 2023, that our Schools Division accepts applicants for reclassification,
including for the Master Teacher I position. I am humbly expressing my interest in
applying for such a position through this letter and hoping that the documentary
requirements I have submitted be considered for evaluation.

I am Reynato Jr. C. Alpuerto, 27 years old, a resident of Bala, Magsaysay, Davao del
Sur. I have been a Secondary School Teacher at Lower Bala National High School for
three years, the minimum required under DECS Order No. 57, s. 1997 and MECS
Order No. 10, s. 1979 to apply for the Master Teacher I position. I am handling
Science and Research Subjects in the school.

With regards to my educational qualifications, I graduated Bachelor in Secondary

Education Major in Biological Science at St. Mary's College of Bansalan, Inc.,
Bansalan, Davao del Sur. I earned my master’s degree in Education, majoring in
Science Teaching at the Davao del Sur State College. I look forward to advancing my
professional development hence my continued education at the University of
Mindanao to earn a degree in Doctor of Education with a specialization in Educational
Management.

I believe that my educational qualifications and accomplishments, submitted herewith,

would suffice the requirement for the position I am applying for.

EVALUATION OF FOLDER FOR LEADERSHIP AND POTENTIAL

Dear Sir:

I am Reynato Jr. C. Alpuerto of Lower Bala National High School and I am currently
reapplying for Master Teacher I Position in the Elementary level of our division. I
already applied for the same position last May of this same year and had already been
rated for a demonstration teaching and my folders evaluated. This time, I am humbly
requesting your good office that my points for the demonstration teaching be used for
the ranking for this latest application period and concurrently utilize the same score of
10 points, as I have been informed.

Further, I also request a re-evaluation of my folder for Leadership and Potential as I

included a claim for Section A of the criteria specifically for Simplification using a
Continuous Improvement (CI) Certificate and Process Steps. Such criterion had not
been
rated during my previous application and I am hoping that such a claim would be
considered and be given additional points alongside my Coordinatorship, Educational
Research, Conduct of INSET Activities, and Publication.

I am hoping for your favorable response regarding this request. Thank you and more
