Advisory Sales Director

Salary: Base to 80k, OTE 120k plus excellent bens The worlds leading benchmarking and professional advisory services firm is seeking a senior-level sales executive for inside sales which can be performed from a home office. JOB REQUIREMENTS: As an Advisory Sales Director with the firm, you will be responsible for contributing to the firms growth via development of new client relationships primarily with companies that have greater than $1 billion in annual revenue. The Client Executive will be expected to prospect and establish new client relationships with Hacketts Advisory Membership Programs targeted at C-level executives. He/she is also responsible for establishing effective communication channels with internal resources and service-delivery personnel as well as external executives to ensure the timely booking of revenue, client satisfaction and preservation of the value of the Firms intellectual property. Specifically, the Client Executive will: Develop new client relationships in a predefined territory and designated named accounts, selling the firms Advisory services with the goal of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable and consistent basis Record sales activity, calls, and communications with prospects and clients in the Firms customer relationship management application Develop proposals and service contracts Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales bookings Execute to the goals and objectives of the firms annual sales plan Develop and execute a cohesive sales strategy for designated accounts and prospects QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: A demonstrated track record of selling to C-level executives in large, diversified, global accounts, with skills ranging from identifying new opportunities to prospecting to closing Strong telephone presence and prospecting skills and discipline to successfully manage a sales funnel with a goal of opening as many new accounts as possible at the highest price point

A solid understanding of business processes, how they function, and key issues and challenges within back office functions (such as Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Procurement and Information Technology) A self-starter, goal-oriented and able to work with a high degree of autonomy Strong client-management skills Ability to work effectively with other members of the Firms sales and delivery teams Demonstrated written and oral communication skills Creative hunting and prospecting skills and a disciplines process for opening new accounts and finding new buying centers EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelors Degree minimum 5+ years of selling experience in business advisory or research services, preferably to Clevel executives of Fortune 1000 companies Previous experience selling and prospecting to large, complex global companies Please forward your resume as a Word attachment and provide a synopsis of your experience in relation to the position requirements.
