Rescue 314 Ramon

V. RATIONALE:
This training aims to enhance the MDRRMO and Rescue Staff's knowledge, skills, and
ability to establish priorities for removing persons from crashed vehicles and to perform
appropriate medical measures.
The MDRRMO and Rescue Staff are responsible for the prompt response to any
emergency incident. To enable a quick and effective emergency response, this training
will greatly help in ensuring that the rescue personnel are equipped with sufficient
knowledge and skills.
