1. In reference to Deped Order No. 44 s. 2015 entitled “Guidelines on the Enhanced

School Improvement Planning (SIP) Process and the School Report Card (SRC) all of
the concerned persons are mandated to convene for a meeting for information and
guidance in gathering and organizing necessary data.
2. In our continued pursuit and commitment to uphold the DepEd’s thrust, and ideals
anchored on the strengthening of the School-Based Management by further devolving
education governance to schools, empowering school teams and personnel, expanding
community participation, and making the delivery of education services to learners more
responsive, efficient, and effective through an enhanced school planning and
communication process.
3. Participants in this gathering and organizing necessary data are the school head,
student representative, teacher representative, parent representative, barangay
representative and school CPC.
4. Immediate dissemination and compliance with this Memorandum are desired.

 Clearly explain the SIP planning process to the planning team.
 Help the team to understand their role in the process.
 Facilitate actual planning workshop.
 Inform the team on school programs.
Pupil Representative
 Share unique insights about their difficulties in school.
 Share insights about their learning experiences.
 Participate in setting goals, strategies, and priorities of the school.
Teacher Representative
 Share their children’s experiences in school, their insights about what their children need to
learn and the difficulties they face in school, their aspiration for the school and their children.
 Present other areas of concerns.
 Participate in setting goals, strategies, priorities of school.
 Commit available resources in the implementation of plan.
Barangay and LGU Representative

 Share valuable information on the interest and concerns of the community in school
improvement and participate in setting goals, strategies, and priorities of the school.
 Provide needed information relative to teaching and learning process.
 Actively participate during the development of the SIP.
 Commit available resources in the implementation of the plan.
Stakeholders
 Design plans in support of the SIP.
 Provide technical and financial support towards SIP implementation.
 Assist in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the plan implementation.
 Assist the school in its advocacy effort of the SIP.
