Dear Sir,

I am writing regarding my visitor Visa Critical purpose. I have 6 daughters here in Fiji, 5 of them
are still in my care. Ever since the government here in Fiji has been corrupt, I have stopped
working and it has made it hard for me to provide for my partners and my daughters. I wish I get
this opportunity to go and work in New Zealand so I can save and also provide for all my
daughters need with school, doctor appointments etc. I will go for work and make sure my Visa
expires that I will return to my family to be there with them as they all reach another milestone in
their lives. They are still very young and there is nothing I want more than to give them the best
education I can so they can grow up with a good life as life in Fiji is very hard. With this Visa it
will make a huge difference in mine and my family’s lives and I will be forever grateful.

My mother has sponsored me to come to New Zealand to stay at my father’s bedside at the
hospital during my short stay in New Zealand. I would like to state that the reason my Visa was
breached. During the process of my Visa it was a very difficult time for my family and, as my
father had been admitted into hospital after his stroke, we were all struggling to come to terms
with everything that was happening. Once my Visa had been approved we seen the expiry was
the 31st of May 2017 so automatically we thought I was allowed to stay in New Zealand up until
the 31st which I now was wrong after receiving the letter from you guys.

I would like to sincerely apologize once again as I understand that I breached my Visa condition
and I assure you this will not happen again. I hope you would accept my apology and consider
the approval of my Visitor Visa Critical purpose.

Yours Sincerely

I am writing on behalf of my partner Atunaisa Baleiwai who has applied for a Visitor Visa-
Critical Purpose.

My name is Vakatagi Motekiai Nayau. I am 31 years old. I met Atunaisa in 2009 and we’ve been
together as a couple ever since up till today. We are blessed with five beautiful daughters namely
Ilana, 12 years, Mereseini, 11 years, Grace, 10 years, Seini, 2 years and Mereani our baby, 11
months. I am a full time stay home mom looking after our daughters and I depend a lot on
Atunaisa financially to provide for our family. I must say it’s been tough trying to make ends
meet since he has not find any work for the past year.

He was so fortunate to be offered a job offer there from South Pacific Meats. This job offer is
exactly what we were wishing and praying for. It will mean quality education for our daughters,
paying for doctor appointments and most importantly all our financial burden will be lifted.
As much as I don’t want him to leave us, I am willing to let him go so that our children are
provided with the best. He is a hard worker and he loves us very much. He is honest and
committed and will not do anything to jeopardize or breach any conditions of his Visa if given
approval. I assure you that his only intentions are to work hard to provide and save money for
our family and come back to us where he belongs. I know that Atunaisa will bring talent,
dedication and hard work to your great nation.

Attach are copies of our five children’s birth certificate all certified by a lawyer as evidence of a
bonafide applicant. I hope that this letter will help in granting him a Visa so that he can start
work as soon as possible. Thank You

Yours Sincerely

Vakatagi Motekilai Nayau
