Act of 1998.”

professional service..for which the GE
is RESPONSIBLE for the correctness
of the survey work.
NO OTHER PERSON or GOVERNMENT
ENTITY should go over the work of the
GE unless found grossly defective…

The Geodetic Engineer
is RESPONSIBLE for the correctness
of his professional work
for which he shall be answerable.
Sec 31 – Penalties
1. Fine: P50,000 – P200,000; or
2. Imprisonment: 6 months – 6 years;
or
3. Both (1) and (2) at the discretion
of the Court.
