Single Shuttle Split Ring (Loop Over Method) Technique by Matthew Takeda
This ring is a stand-alone ring. Picots can be added to this ring, but they cannot
be joined to previous work. The loop needs an anchor point and must be able
to get over both the shuttle and the ring unless a different anchor is provided.
