    RE: AKINDELE ISIWAT OLAJUMOKE F/50YEARS/KCN/01/21/956

    The above named is a known patient of this facility being managed as a case of Chronic Kidney Disease
    secondary to background Hypertension and Diabetes.

    She is currently on maintenance hemodialysis 2-3 times weekly with each dialysis session at a cost of
    #60,000 totaling #180,000 per week.

    She is also on antihypertensive and antidiabetic medications at a cost of about #30,000 monthly.

    The definitive management will be an option of a Kidney Transplant which will cost a total of
    (#15,000,000)

    The total bill estimate for the Kidney Transplant is about #11,682,600

    The cost for the Kidney donor is about #3,320, 400
