CONFIRMATION LETTER OF APPOINTMENT

We have the pleasure in offering you the position of Sales and Customer Service subject to the following
terms and conditions:

Period: 1ST JULY 2019

Salary: RM 1200 + EPF + SOSCO + RM 100

For RM100 attendance allowance staff must minimum working
26 day per month to get the attendance allowance
Encourage to open MAYBANK account for salary crediting purposes ;
Your salary will be confidential, only you and the relevant departments know, you
will not divulge any confidential information of others people

Termination Notice: The notice of termination of employment to be

given by either party shall be 14 days’ notice in writing without the need to specify
the reason thereof. Failing which, you will have to compensate Orange Recruit an
amount equivalent to your monthly salary (14 day’s on a pro-rated basis).

Breach Of Contract: Any employee who is not present for work for Three (3) workdays
without leave and/or without prior approval, shall be considered to have their
Employment Terminated without notice. Be terminated employee who will deduct 7
day’s on a pro-rated basis will be indemnity to Orange Recruit .

You may be subject to instant dismissal without recourse if you have been found to
make any false declarations, including a breach of contract or misconduct, violated
company’s policies or procedures, irresponsible working attitude or bad performance,
or have been charged for any unlawful act that is punishable by the laws of Malaysia.
False declaration includes making false salary claims on last-salary-drawn in previous
company and presenting false certificates during interview.

Annual / Medical: You will be entitled to 1days annual leave monthly and 1 day medical
leave with official medical certificate after completed
6 month of service to Orange Recruit .
You are required to clear 1day of Annual Leave each completed month.
You are required to apply for Annual Leave at least 7 working days in advance as a

planned leave. Your Annual Leave shall be forfeited if it is not utilized of each
completed month.

Working Hour: Working hours : 9 hours per day (follow client working schedule )
: include 1 hours lunch time
Working days : 6 days per week and one off day on weekday.
This time is subject to change and may differ from client to client.
You will be required to work to complete the assigned tasks or attend meetings after
Hours or during off day, rest day or public holidays, by the Client.
Refusal to do so will be deemed as insubordination and it may affect your
performance Appraisal.

Confidentiality: Under any circumstance, the confidential nature of the Company’s and Client
operation requires you not to disclose or discuss with any person or person who are
not entitled to such information. A breach of this requirement shall be a ground for
you to be dismissed summarily .

Transfer: The company reserves the right to transfer/second you to any subsidiary or associate
companies or any other client site. Refusal to such transfers will be deemed as
insubordination and will be subject to dismissal, or you will be required to take leave-
without-pay until the matter is amicably resolved.

Target: You are subject to target : 10 AMP on weekday

: 20 AMP on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday

Your performance will be evaluated weekly. Fail to achieve, company will issue
warning letter.
