TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment terms 50% down payment upon signing of conforme / approval and 50% full payment
upon pick up / installation.
2. Production starts upon receipt of purchase order, signed conforme, lay-out & availability of
materials
3. Adjustment or alteration of design not reflected in this proposal shall be billed separately.
4. Availability of some materials is subject for confirmation. Colors presented on the computer
layout presentation are just simulation of the actual colors.
5. All payments should be made to OUTDOORMASTER, INC.
6. An interest of ten (10%) percent per month will be charged monthly on accounts not settled on
agreed date.
7. A charge of 50% of the total project cost for cancellation after approval of the project.
8. Price quoted is valid within thirty (30) days from above date.
