As illustrated above, Item (2) is to be compared with item (1) to ensure the similarity
which confirmed the validation of survey data.
In the event of survey contours are not available, Existing Surface (EG) is created using
AutoCAD Points and AutoCAD Text. Both EG created are compared to each other to
confirmed the validation of survey data.
Site Topography to be confirmed not to have any extreme elevation out of consistency.

Item (1) as illustrated above are to be checked on overall model completeness which
required ensuring every major component of sewerage system modelled as actual or to
the nearest size and/or material available based on design.
Item (2) indicate that PVC Pipe modelled as VCP Pipe is acceptable.

Item (1) as illustrated above are to be checked on overall model completeness which
required ensuring every major component of external water reticulation system
modelled as actual or to the nearest size and/or material available based on design.
Item (2) indicate that the External Water Reticulation pipe are modelled as actual size.
Note: In some cases, the system might not be able to be modelled completely due to
the limitation of software (absence of component). Therefore, 2D drafting indicating the
component are acceptable.

(3)
2D Drafting Cross-Section
Modelling of Internal Road System might sustain restrictions due to the capabilities of
software to transform the geometric design of the Internal Road System. Therefore, the
checking parameter is customized accordingly to the model prepared. For example, if
the project modelled the Internal Road System partly, the generated component
available to be check are the typical cross-section. The generated cross- section should
generally similar with designed cross-section.
Note: In the event the Internal Road System might not be able to be modelled, 2D
drafting indicating the component are acceptable.

G. DRAINAGE SYSTEM
No. DESCRIPTION
(a) Checking the completeness and the integrity of model
Modelling of Drainage System are applying the rules of pipe networks which are the
same as sewerage system and only applicable for closed drain. Therefore, the checking
is centred on the completeness of major component of the system and the integrity of
the data.
Note: In some cases, the system might not be able to be modelled completely due to
the limitation of software (absence of component). Therefore, 2D drafting indicating the
component are acceptable.
