Telecommunications Engineering Intern and reported to me in my position as Corperate
Solutions Implementation Engineer.

As an employee, Munashe E Chakatsva was always hardworking, punctual, creative, intuitive

and always eager to learn new things in the telecommunications industry. During his time in my
team, he managed to be part of the team that successfully planned and implementation of fiber
based network project in Murambinda for corporate client.

I’ve always put a premium on his leadership among my team members and Munashe E
Chakatsva never failed to deliver. An example was when I had a personal emergency but there
were projects which were ongoing, Munashe naturally assumed the role at hand and led the
project seamlessly until I came back working seamlessly with other team members.
