    Subject- Regarding justification of Servo Gen R.R.B Grease.

    1. Approximately 600 Wheel Set ICF Performed/month.


    So consumption of Grease used- 600x3.5 = 2100 Kg/month

    2. Approximately 40 Wheel Set of DPC Performed/month.


    So consumption of Grease used- 40x4.5 = 180 Kg/month

    3. Approximately 32 Wheel Set of DPC re-greasing Performed/month.


    So consumption of Grease used- 32x2.5 = 80 Kg/month

    4. Approximately 80 Wheel Set of MSU Assembly Performed/month.


    So consumption of Grease used- 80x2.5 = 200 Kg/month

    5. Approximately 50 Wheel Set of DSL/Elec. LOCO Axle Box Assembly Performed/month.


    So consumption of Grease used- 50x4 = 200 Kg/month

    So total consumption of Grease used including both Wheel Shop and Roller Bearing is-

    2100+180+80+200+200= 2760 Kg/month
