oil Flushing, Leak/Tightness Test.
• Operational Test for various Process Systems & Performance test of Plant.
• Takes and records in both field and local ITR control rooms a variety of parameters as required a variety of readings, such as
gas flows, levels, flow rates and vibrations, and records unusual occurrences after reporting them to control room.

ACTIVITES:
• Worked on HP ammonia pump, (Ebbara, Model – 6 x 10 1/4 8 stg HSB) Capacity- 291 m3/h, Head- 3664m RPM- 6259, Pressure-
38.5/317 kg /cm2. Motor rated power- 2950 kw, HP Carbamat pump (Ebbara Model- 150SSPI2M) Capacity- 164 m3/h, Head –
429m, RPM- 2972, Pressure- 34/221.8 kg/cm2, Motor rated power-1100kw
1. Solo run of HP ammonia/ Carbamat pump motor and that’s seal flushing pump motor & lube oil auxiliary motor
2. Oil flushing & seal flushing done upto no foreign material in the oil and water,
3. MRT of HP ammonia/ Carbamat pump, seal flushing pump, oil flushing, & both booster pump. During plant startup
worked for field operation at Ammonia and Carbamat pump house, and related equipment as well.
• Commissioning, Pre com. hydro-genarator, sulphur absorber, NH3 process line, CO2 absorption section, & syngas compressor
solo run.
• MRT of various pump- condensate pump, seal flushing pump, DM water booster pump, process condensate pump, close drain
pump etc.
• HP ammonia and carbamat pump lube oil flushing - making required temporary spool piece, line up as per P&ID, with required
isolation valve, provide 100 mesh in 6”, 4”, 3” return line for foreign material collection, checking oil skid tank cleanliness, fill up oil
with 200 mesh filter, done multi discipline walk down after punch point closing energized pump motor, inspection with client, all
valves lineup and start lube oil auxiliary pump, provide external heater to maintain oil temperature 65 degree Celsius , given thermal
shock minimum temperature 35 degree Celsius, first 100 mesh removal for checking within 2 hrs. After every 12 hrs. 100 mesh
cleaning upto no foreign material found in mesh.
• Systems Air flushing, water flushing, P&ID verification, line up inspection, preparing required spool piece, box up, witnessed by client.
2. PROJECT NAME: JGC CORPORATION, (SAUDI ARAMCO) JAZAN REFINERY, SAUDI ARABIA.

ACTIVITES:
• System and subsystem P&ID verification, line-up, inspection, preparations and tightness testing of systems/components including
hydro testing water flushing and air blowing.
• Conduct system and subsystem tightness test, witnessing to hold the pressure for 2 Hrs and gate approval from client.
• As per P&ID line up and N2 purging, lay-up as per standard procedure.
• Draying of Furness also all systems in Naphtha & Aromatic area checking due points with client witnesses.
