This Social Action Intensified Activity is in line with PSYCHOMOTOR DOMAIN involving CWTS
student’s physical movement, coordination, and use of motor-skill areas. Development of these skills requires practice
and is measured in terms of speed, precision, distance, procedures, or techniques in execution.
SDG INTEGRATION: SDG # 4 – Quality Education (Ensure inclusive and equitable quality
education and promote life-long learning opportunities for all) and SDG # 5 – Gender Equality

This activity highlights CWTS Students’ spirit of volunteerism, becoming an asset of the
community.
Activity: VOLUNTEERING ONESELF
1) Approach any barangay official in your community and propose him that you will be rendering
a two-day / 16-hour service in a form of assistance (filing document, cleaning, event facilitator,
activity host/coordinator/assistant and the like)
2) Arrange for a schedule where you can render your 16-hour service in your barangay. Use the
Daily Time Matrix and Certification Template below.
3) DO NOT FORGET TO TAKE PICTURES. Include caption for each picture for proper
documentation
