MDC RESOLUTION NO. 03- 2012

RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE RE-ALIGNMENT OF THE CONTINUING

APPROPRIATION GENERAL FUND IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF PHP 276,967.98 PESOS FOR
PURPOSES OTHER THAN THOSE STIPULATED.

WHEREAS, the Hon. Mayor who is the Chairman of the Municipal Development Council
Executive Committee inform the members of the MDC that realignment of the Continuing
Appropriation Fund is very necessary for the felt needs of the municipality of Jagna, Bohol;

WHEREAS, after deliberation, the MDC members decided to realign the amount of Two
Hundred Seventy Six thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Seven Pesos and ninety-eight centavos (PhP
276,967.98) from the Continuing Fund Appropriation;

WHEREAS, the amount of PhP 276,967.98 to be realigned, taken from the following
appropriation:

1. Construction of Nursery - PhP 151,129.40

2. Installation of Secondary Line Electric - 25,838.58
3. Calamay Jacketed Boiler - 50,000.00
4. Construction of Birthing Facility - 50,000.00
PhP 276,967.98

WHEREAS, the amount of PhP 276,967.98 be realigned will be appropriated as follows:

1. Completion Banana Chips and Farmers Center- PhP 151,129.40

2. Construction of Trichogramma Laboratory- 25,838.58
3. Glass Pulverizer - 50,000.00
4. Construction of Perimeter Fence RHU1 - 50,000.00
PhP 276,967.98

NOW WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Cristito Jamisola. and duly seconded by Hon. Larry
Cagampang Be it,

RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to adopt the proposal to realign the Appropriation in the
total amount of Two Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Seven Pesos and
Ninety-Eight Centavos (PhP 276,967.98) for the purpose other than those approved as herein
stipulated;

RESOLVE FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished the Sangguniang Bayan of Jagna,
Bohol for their information and appropriate action.

ADOPTED: July 5, 2012

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly approved by the Municipal
Development Council meeting held on July 5, 2012.
