Dear Zoe

I’m writing in regards to the advertisement for volunteers published on my local community
website. As I have had some experience in similar volunteering, I believe I have useful skills to
be part of this cause.

First of all, I have experience at leading small and medium groups, at school, I was involved
with environmental causes such as the creation of recycling points. Now as a college student I
participate in the distribution and explanation of environmental awareness pamphlets.

As I already mention I explain to people useful tips to help the planet, so I feel confident about
my communication skills, I can speak Spanish properly as well as English so languages are
suitable for this volunteering too.

On the whole, I find this experience interesting, enjoyable and also it generates a good action
for the planet, for this I think I can be useful for this role.
