4 Checking procedure of car door lock
Do not remove the door drive DDE V15, if a listed error code appears on elevator control HMI. Obey the
chapter “Checking procedure of car door lock” and then “Checking procedure of door drive DDE V15”.

5 Checking procedure of door drive DDE V15
5.1 Checking of wiring of door drive DDE V15

► Make sure that each cable of the door drive DDE V15 is not damaged.
► Make sure that each cable or contact bridge are correctly connected to the door drive DDE V15.

5.2 Checking of main power on door drive (JHCT)

► Make sure that the main power on the door drive (JHCT) is ON (I).
► Make sure that the voltage of DDE V15.X5 plug (24 V DC) is 24 V DC ±5 %. Use a voltage meter.

5.3 Checking of LED status on door HMI

► Make sure that the COM LED on door HMI is green and ON.

5.4 Checking of LED status on door drive DDE V15

1 24 V DC plug X5 2 CAN plug X1

► Make sure that the COM LED on door HMI is green and ON.
↳ If the status is red, then the DDE V15 is in status fault.
► Switch OFF the main switch JHCT.

 ► Disconnect the CAN plug X1 on DDE V15.
► Move the door manually and make sure there is no mechanical collisions.
► Switch ON power (main switch JHCT).

► Make sure that the LED status is green and ON.

► Press INSP button on door HMI.
► Make sure that the obstacle LED is OFF on door HMI.
► Try to open and close the door by pressing door HMI buttons.
► Make sure that the KET-S2 LED on door HMI is ON when the door is closed.
► Move the door to close position and make sure that the KET-S2 LED is ON.
► Change the value of parameter 170 from 0 to 1 by using control HMI of elevator in order to set door in torque
less state.

If control Bionic is used

► Change the value of parameter 169 from 0 to 1 by using control HMI, in order to restore all door default
parameters.

 If control MX7.2 is used

► Run door auto setup with coupled landing door.

► Press for > 5 s to start auto setup normal door (learn trip to be executed with coupled landing doors).

If DDE V15 is still not functioning correctly after performing all the above steps, you may file a claim.
