Experiment 6 focused on learning how to code a graphical user interface (GUI) calculator using MATLAB. The student created a simple calculator GUI that allowed users to perform multiple calculations following the order of operations. Through this experiment, the student learned how to code calculator functions and implement actions using strings in MATLAB. Creating the GUI calculator in MATLAB was easier and more full-featured than previous calculator projects done in other languages. The student concluded they successfully learned how to develop a GUI and were motivated to create another specialized calculator using the skills gained.

DATA & RESULTS-SCREENSHOTS OF COMMAND LISTING Exercise 1 ANALYSIS In this experiment I have learned how to understand a Graphical User Interface, especially how to code a simple calculator. I have past experiences and project in creating a calculator that fits my needs through python and MIT app inventor, but none of those came close to what I did in MATLAB, here in MATLAB you can perform multiple operations at once following MDAS as default, its easier to code and many more. I have learned how to use strings and to implement actions of calculators. CONCLUSION In this experiment I therefore conclude that the expected outcomes from this experiment has been reached, I have learned many things from this experiment and it even motivated me to make another calculator for electrical engineering purposes.
