அறிவிப்பு

நிர்வாக காரணங்களை முன்னிட்டு, 29/12/2022 வியாழக்கிழமை,

30/12/2022 வெள்ளிக்கிழமை, மற்றும் 31/12/2022 சனிக்கிழமை
வல்லம் தொழிற்சாலைக்கு உற்பத்தி இல்லாத நாளாக (Non
Production Day) அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது. இதற்கான மாற்று வேலை நாள்
பின்னர் அறிவிக்கப்படும். இது அத்தியாவசிய பணிகளுக்கு
பொருந்தாது.

மேலும் 29/12/2022 வியாழக்கிழமை, 30/12/2022 வெள்ளிக்கிழமை,

மற்றும் 31/12/2022 சனிக்கிழமை, நாட்களில் துறை மேலாளர்களால்
பணிக்கு அழைக்கப்படும் பணியாளர்கள் கட்டாயம் அவர்களுடைய
Shift Schedule படி ஆஜராக வேண்டும். அவ்வாறு ஆஜராகாத பட்சத்தில்
அவர்களுக்கு LOP (Loss of Pay) வழங்கப்படும் என்பதை அறியவும்.

02/01/2023 (திங்கட்கிழமை) அன்று அனைவரும் தவறாமல் பணிக்கு

ஆஜராகும்படி அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறது. முன் அனுமதியின்றி பணிக்கு
வராமல் ஆப்சென்ட் ஆகும் பணியாளர்களுக்கு LOP (Loss of Pay)
அளிக்கப்படும். இது குறித்து ஏதேனும் சந்தேகங்கள் இருப்பின் துறை
மேலாளர் அல்லது மனிதவளத்துறையை அணுகவும்.

Circular

Due to administrative reasons, 29/12/2022 Thursday, 30/12/2022 Friday and

31/12/2022 Saturday has been declared as a Non Production Day for Vallam
Plant. The compensatory working day will be announced in due course. It will not
be applicable to the essential service departments.

Those who are called for duty by the respective shop floor Manager / Supervisor
have to attend on 29/12/2022 Thursday, 30/12/2022 Friday and 31/12/2022
Saturday, as per the shift schedule and absenting without information will be
treated as LOP (Loss of Pay).

Further, all are instructed to report for duty on 02/01/2023 (Monday). Any
absentee without prior approval, will be treated as absent and marked LOP.
Please contact the respective shop floor Managers / HR Department for any
clarifications.
