Press Note released by the TSBIE Hyderabad, Dated: 08.01.2023. |, invite your attention to the references cited, wherein, the School Education and TSBIE has declared Pongal Holidays for Schools and Jr. Colleges in the Telangana. In view of the above, the Society has decided to declare the “Pongal Holidays” from 13.01.2023 to 17.01.2023 i.e. (05 Days) to all the EMRS School functioning under TSES Society and the reopen on 18.01.2023. Therefore, all the Principals of TS EMRS School are here by directed to send the students to their homes along with their parents/guardians on 12.01.2023 after instructional hours. While handing over their wards to their Farents/Guardians the following instructions should be followed without any deviation, 1. The students shall be handed over to their Parents/Guardians or authorized guardians only. Proper acknowledgement in the register shall be taken. The students especially girl students shall not be handed over to their friends/cousins oF any other unauthorized persons keeping in view of their safety. If any lapses noticed the Principal shalll be held responsible. 2. The Parents should be counseled to bring their wards to the Institution on 18.01.2023 at 08.00 A.M. i.e. after Pongal holidays. 3. When the students report back to institution after the holidays ie. on 18.01.2023 their belongings shall be thoroughly checked before allowing them in to the campus, and if any objectionable items are found they should be ceased and informed to their parents. © scanned wt oHEN Sener4, If any student fails to report on reopening day i.e. 18.01.2023, the Principal should contact their parents to bring their wards immediately. 5. The institution shall be functioning on all working days during the vacation period. The Principal and Non-teaching staff shall remain on all working days during the vacation 6. All the amenities provided to the students should be kept safely in dormitories. 7. The services of housekeeping should be utilized in maintaining the campus neat and clean, in and around the campus. 8. On Sunday and Public Holidays the non-teaching staff shall be put on duty on rotation basis (Principal shall prepare the duty chart) for watch and ward duty to ensure the safety and security of institution property. 9 If any untoward incident happens the stringent action will be initialed against the defaulters. In view of the above, all the Regional Coordinators and the Principals of TS EMRS Institutions are instructed to follow the above instructions scrupulously.
