Desired Candidate Profile:
• Should have pursued bachelors and/or master’s in pharmacy • Proficient in taking pharma product training • Should have good understanding of Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing • Initial experience in Pharma Sales would be an added advantage • Should have experience in on-the-Job Field Coaching • Should have good presentation and communication skills • Should have taken product technical sessions till Division head/Middle management level
Roles and Responsibilities:
• To Plan, Design, and execute the Strategy for Sales Training for Domestic Sales Team Members. • Enhance competency level of Domestic Sales Team Members which finally contributes to Business growth. • To lead, manage and monitor LMS platform for all online L&D interventions across all locations to enhance learning culture within the Organization in alignment with Corporate HR strategy. • To develop training presentations, dashboards & manuals/ SOPs, competency mapping, operational policies for business excellence and customer satisfaction. • Conducting high Impact Training for Field Force at various levels (Knowledge & Skill) through customized training interventions covering Induction and orientation of new recruits as per training calendar. • Responsible for designing, roll out and managing the Field Coaching Model for all people managers for the improvement in productivity. • Responsible for Training Line Managers for Leadership, Behavioural Training's & other key result areas such as Motivational Skills, Team Building, Recruitment skills, training & Coaching Skills etc. • Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement • On field training (OJT) and guidance to sale force for capability enhancement. • Responsible for training related to Induction, Product, behaviour, functional skill, competency or any other mandatory training's to be imparted during employee life cycle of sales and marketing employee. • To work as a collaborative team member of Domestic Business department and field sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives. • Manage and supervise a team of sales trainers to achieve their KRA/KPI in line with Organization’s goal.
