Jack lifting unit for

hydraulic pump units

The jack lifting units can be fitted or be retrofitted to all wheel-mounted hydraulic pump units
with a tank capacity of 100 ltr. built since March 1983. Where units built before March 1983 are to
be retrofitted, one of the following additional adapter kits needs to be ordered.
Adapter kit for units built up to 1971 77-024.23
Adapter kit for units built prior to March 1983 77-024.24
For attachment, the rear axle of the pump unit is removed. The jack lifting unit is passed through
the bores for the rear axle and secured to the top of the oil tank. The 400 mm dia. rear wheels
are then mounted on the axle of the jack lifting unit. To protect the unit from tilting, the oppo-
site end of the tank is to be fitted with a safety cross arm and threaded spindles. To prevent the
stressing jack from swinging during transport, it is then necessary to bolt a fastening yoke to the
cover of the pump unit. See drawings 10-110.00 or 10-110.20 or 10-110.27.

Technical Data / Order Numbers

The support boom can be swung through 360° and has
a swinging radius of 2 meters. It is capable of bearing a
maximum suspended load of approx. 600 N.

Fastenings
For 2-hose and 4-hose stressing jacks. Most stressing jacks are already provided with suitable
means of fastening and so no attachment needs to be ordered.

Lifting trolleys
For the suspension of stressing jacks with a weight of up to about 150 kg. The weightless load can
then be moved by the operator within the area indicated. It is also possible to swing the column
through 90°. A spring balancer is used to balance the load. The hydraulic pump unit is mounted
on the trolley.
