they like by using target vocabulary and form of questions (Behavior) with at least %95 accuracy (Degree).

An informative presentation about the topic (Prezi), Role-play activity dialogue text ( Microsoft Office Word),

Summary
Students will use simple present tense for making sentences with the target vocabulary (chess, playing
volleyball, playing an instrument etc).
Measurement & Evaluation
Writing some of the certain forms and essential vocabulary from the role-play activity and listenings.
Measurement & Assessment Activities for Students are supposed to describe and write about their
Individual Performance hobbies by using the necessary words and forms of
sentences from the activities they are shown.
Measurement & Assessment Activities for They are supposed to make the acting out of the
Group Performance dialogues prepared.

Homework (optional) Students make visual dictionaries with the vocabulary


including games and hobbies for self-studying.

Explanation
Students will be given instructions about the whole lesson and the most important details through a
Piktochart poster.
Explanation regarding to the implementation of the plan
At the beginning of the first lesson, a presentation about the general topic and important details will be
shown to students to make them familiar with the words and questions of the unit. After that, the song
about hobbies and daily activities will be played for students a couple of times until the teacher thinks it’s
enough for them to use the content properly. Then, with the dialogues written by the teacher and selected
from daily life, the students will see the same content three or more times to make them fully confident
about writing evaluation and by making them repeat and act out the dialogues, students’ degree of
remembering words and structures will increase at a certain degree(%95).
Back-up plan: if the attendance is low, To keep their attention, the teacher will play the hobbies song in
order for them to both have fun and make them remember words and structures. If it’s not enough teacher
will give a short break.
If the internet connection will be bad, then the teacher will use the printed handouts of the presentation and
sing the song or will make the pre-preparation and download the song and play it without the internet.
