Choose two dishes to describe their ingredients, and how to prepare them by using the

quantifiers, the containers, or portions. Remember to use the quantifiers and at least 5
containers/portions for each food. You can not repeat the ingredients more than three
times in the whole task.

Rice with stew and meat:


INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups of lentils

• 4 beef fillets

• 2 garlic cloves minced and 2 crushed

• 1 branch of chopped white onion

• ¼ cup of chopped paiteña onion

• ½ grated green banana

• 1 tomato, chopped without skin and without seeds

• 2 tablespoons of achiote

• 1 teaspoon cumin

• 2 cups of cooked white rice

• Salt and pepper to taste


Shrimp ceviche:
Ingredients

• 2 Units Purple Onion Chopped into thin strips


• 1 cup lemon juice
• 4 Tablespoons Maggi® Tomato Sauce
• 1/4 Cup Natura® Orange Nectar
• 1 Unit Cherry Tomato
• 2 Units Tomato without seeds and chopped
• 1 Tablespoon Maggi® Mustard
• 3 cups peeled and cooked shrimp
• 1 pinch salt to taste
• 1 pinch black pepper to taste
• 1 teaspoon cilantro to taste
