Angela was seeking for the approval of his bank manager if, Justin grants her request.
This model state that a decision is ethical if it can be explained to the approval of their
professional peers. Even though Roland, Joven and Janeth convinced their bank
manager just to grant the request of Angela and give her a permission, he still need act
like a professional and follow the rules and regulation of their company. But somehow,
Justin is a bank manager he will the one to approved Angela’s request to have a charity
auction to raise money for the treatment of her daughter
