Cool Boy is a Call Center Agent assigned in the graveyard shift. Tamboy, who is a
professional tambay and good for nothing fellow would always hang around the
corner where Cool Boy would pass-by going to his house after work. Tamboy is
notoriously known in his area as hot headed, short tempered dead beat and quick to
use his fist.

Every time Cool Boy would pass-by, Tamboy would give him menacing looks and
threatening stance. Also, it was known in the neighborhood as it was also noticed by
Cool Boy that Tamboy always has a butterfly knife that he carries tucked inside his
waistband.

In several different occasions, Tamboy would ask Cool Boy for some money to buy
his favorite brand of liquor. However, on 29 October 2022 while on his way home,
Cool Boy was again asked by Tamboy for some money but the former being fed up
with the latter’s doing refused to give money that enraged Tamboy and shouted
invectives at Cool Boy while Tamboy’s right hand was placed on his rear portion of
his waist.

On 1 November 2022 around two o’clock in the morning, Cool Boy was on his way to
his house, when Tamboy, with a fierce look on his eyes and a clenched fist charged
upon Cool Boy and when they were one arm apart Cool Boy swung his arm, with a
box cutter, hitting Tamboy in the jugular causing his death.
