Weaknesses:
1. Their downfall in sale due to test which showed that the
product has high level of lead can be their major weaknesses,
2. Health consciousness of people in today’s generation can be
one of the weaknesses.
Opportunities:
1. Their consistency even after the ban is their best opportunity
to be the global market leader.
2. High Brand Image.
Threats:
1. Continue downfall in sale due to ban can be a major threat in
near future.
