This is to certify that HERMINIO MANAGUIT of Barangay T- Fornier,

Patnongon, Antique requested this Office for the issuance of certification relative to his
application for permit to cut________ Mahogany Trees at the Department of
Environment and Natural Resource. Said trees are planted in Lot No. 8890 located at
Barangay T- Fornier, Patnongon, Antique declared under the name of HERMINIO
MANAGUIT (Pls see attached machine copy of Tax Declaration/Title). This office
likewise interposes no objection in the cutting of the above mentioned trees by the
owner.

This certification is being issued upon request of the interested party for whatever
legal purpose it may serve..
