Scene 3. Jona is a nurse,she plans to buy a lot worth ₱350,000.00. She has a saving worth of

₱200,000.00 so her money is not enough. She decided to lend in the bank worth of

₱180,000.00 with the interest of 7% for two years. What will be her monthly payment?
