The Problem Prompted this study to us is Lack of confidence because some of them is afraid to show
their skills.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY? (Ex. SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN)

The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) is a council meant to represent the youth in each barangay in the
Philippines .

WHAT POSSIBLE CONTRIBUTION CAN THIS STUDY YIELD?

Because of SK sports program people will enhance and improve their skills in playing the sport and also
for them to show everyone their skills.

THERE WERE MANY STUDIES OF THIS KIND ALREADY. WHY PROPOSE STILL?

Because egis study is very interesting to us that’s why we want to propose this, and also to know what is
the impact of having this program in their barangay.

WHATS THE ESSENCE OF YOUR PROPOSED STUDY?

This study have the essence to help improving their skills and to enhance their communicating.

WHO WILL BE YOUR RESPONDENTS. DO YOU THINK THRY WILL COOPERATE?

Our respondents will be the Youth in Barangay Maybancal Morong Rizal, and i think not all of them will
cooperate but some of them will.

If this study approved, it will take us to finish this in NOVEMBER 2022 to DECEMBER 2022

The independent variables is that they afraid to show their talents to everyone.

The dependent variables is that their confidence will be lessen more because their are afraid.

The Youth will developed and Improved their skills.

Level of Effectiveness of being a 4P’s Beneficiary in the Academic Excellency of Grade 12 Students in
Morong SHS

Among the 3 proposed titles, which do you highly prefer?

-Among the proposed titles that we’ve proposed, the researchers highly preferred our title number 1
which is “The Level of Acceptability on the Implementation of Sangguniang Kabataan Sports Programs as
Youth Empowerment in Barangay San Jose Morong, Rizal.

What problem prompted you to propose such study?

‐ The problem that promted us to propose this study is the perception of different people about 4Ps, the
main problem that we see is that the money isn’t use/spent as it should be because sometimes the
money for education is used in other things like everyday food or in the worst way…. In gambling.

What do you mean by….. 4P’s?

‐ It is a program created by our government and poverty reduction strategy that provides grants to
extremely poor households to improve their health, nutrition and education particularly of children aged
0-14.

What possible contributions can this study yield?

- The possible contribution that this study can yield is to help us determine whether 4Ps is really
effective when it comes to helping students perform well in school and to determine if it is
acceptable in other people’s perception.

What legal bases can you mention that support this proposed study?

- The legal bases we can mention to support this proposed study will be DSWD because it is the
government’s department that facilitates 4P’S.
- I’m not sure if this will be consider as legal bases but our respondent’s approval to be a part of
our research means that their data/information will be in public interest.

What theory can you anchor this study?

- DEDUCTIVE LOGIC THEORY, in which researchers start with hypotheses and then collect data
which can be used to determine whether empirical evidence to support that hypothesis exists.

What are your variables?

- There are two types of variables found in this study the dependent and the independent
variable is. The independent variable is 4P’s and the dependent variable is the student’s
 academic performance, 4P’s is the independent because it is the determined factor that will
brought changes to the academic performance of every beneficiary.

What findings/results do you intend to gather?

- The researcher wants to know if it is really true that 4P’s really influences the academic
performance of every beneficiary or if they really consider the financial assistance as a big help
for them to participate well. Also, the researchers wants to know if there are any factors aside
from 4P’s but related to it that affects/influence the academic performance of the beneficiaries

That specific place, we see that there are cases that shows that the financial assistance reserved for
students is not properly spent that results to bad effect in the academic excellency of the students and
worst, it leads to not attending school and worsen the rate of poverty.

What’s the essence of your proposed study?

- The essence of this proposed study is to determine the level of Effectiveness of being a 4P’s
Beneficiary in the Academic Excellency of students and to show to others that there are still
scenarios wherein the money should be spent in education but results to not proper use.

Who will be your respondents? Do you think they will cooperate?

- The respondents will be those 4P’s Beneficiaries and we do think that they will participate as
long as they are not busy and we talk to them in a right manner.

Same Gender Relationship is a romantic or sexual relationship between people of the same sex.

This Study will help their relationship to be more acceptable for others.

THERE ARE MANY STUDIES OF THIS KIND ALREADY, WHY ROPOSE STILL?

Because I see that there are other Students in Morong National Senior High Schoolbwho are not agree
for this kind of relationship.

The Essence of Our Proposed Study is to help them not to be ashamed of their relationship because
there is nothing wrong with loving someone that same as yout gender.

What problem prompted you to propose such study?

‐ The problem that promted us to propose this study is to know if people in Brgy. San Jose aware in the
implementation of health program. And also this study will help them to choose healthy behaviors. The
Implementation of Health Programs can reduce the risk of developing diseases.

What do you mean by….. health programs?

‐ is the combined efforts of employers, employees and society to improve the mental and physical
health and well-being of people at work. Also health program is a program in your community that focus
in keeping people healthy, especially individuals experiencing chronic diseases who don’t have enough
money to consult a doctor.

What possible contributions can this study yield?

- The possible contribution that this study can yield is to make everyone in the community aware
of the implementation of health programs. And for them to know what health programs are for
and how important they are.

like Nurses, Health workers and Doctors.

research still because in that specific place, we see that there are problems about health issues.
And with this proposed research study many people in specific place will be aware of the scope
of its implementation.

community on how they know the importance of the Health Programs

- The respondents will be those people who don’t have enough money to go to the hospital. I
think they will cooperate because in conducting this study will benefit them.
