1. Pursuant to the provision of DepEd Order No. 013 s. 2022. Omnibus Guidelines on
the Regulation of Operations of Parent Teacher Associations (PTA’s). Advisers and
Grade Chairman are hereby directed to conduct PTA Elections at the homeroom
(HRPTA), grade-level (GrPTA), School level (SPTA), and municipal level (Municipal
level (Municipal Federated PTA) immediately’
2. the composition of the HPTA, GrPTA, SPTA General Assembly (GA), SPTA –
Board of Directors (BOD), and the SPTA Executive Committee EXECOM) should be
in accordance with Article II, Section 11 of DO 013-2022. Specifically, the
composition of SPTA -BOD should be as follows.

3. Results of the election, minutes of the meeting and the list of officers must be

Pursuant to the Department of Education (DepEd) Order No. 47,s.

2014 entitled “Constitution and By-Laws of the Supreme Pupil
Government (SPG) and Supreme Student Government (SSG) in
Elementary and Secondary Schools and DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2016
entitled Additional Guidelines to DepEd Order No. 47 s. 2014, the following
shall be observed during the election for the SPG officers for the
Academic Year 2022- 2023.

The elected SPG officers during the oath taking ceremony shall undergo a
parallel school-based training on basic skills of leadership, roles, functions,
and responsibilities of each office using the modules of the Student
Leadership Development Program (SLDP) and Nation of Heroes. The
newly nominated SPG Adviser shall supervise the implementation of the
said training, in cooperation with the previous SPG officers and adviser.
