    CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR)

    Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a consideration at the beginning


    before establishing a company, where companies need to see the situation
    environment and community where the company will be established. Later when
    the company has been established it is hoped that it will not have a negative impact
    and able to have a positive impact and well-being also helps development around
    the company.

    For example, like a gold mining company, when they want to go inside an
    area where the area has potential and contains gold abundant nature, then to get
    permission from the government the company needs to submit a management
    proposal. In the management proposal This explains the company's future work
    program, how to do it The company conducts gold exploration. And then can not
    be separated from that effect generated during the exploration process takes place,
    therefore the company needs to explain how to minimize these negative effects and
    manage them in the future so as not to cause problems for the environment and local
    communities. Even so, it does not mean the company does natural exploration can
    avoid damage to nature, but it can considered related to the positive effects that will
    be caused, because with the entry of companies in an area will create jobs for
    surrounding communities that can increase regional economic activity even effect
    on the national economy. Although in the end Corporate Social Responsibility
    (CSR) has not been carried out optimally because there are still many damage
    caused by the company and left for granted, so Corporate Social Responsibility
    (CSR) needs to be developed and rules made better way to maximize the function
    of CSR.

    Thus, the thing we need to agree on is Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)


    is very necessary, in order to control actions and steps company's work so that
    natural conditions are maintained and help build the social environment of society
    in the direction of common prosperity.
