ADVISORY FOR PLEASES INC.

NATIONAL CONVENTION AT CLARK, PAMPANGA

Welcome to Pampanga! The home of the giant lanterns. Here are some important information
and reminders for the participants of the National Convention-cum seminar, to be held at Royce
hotel on June 7 to 10, 2022.

I. Registration and accommodation


A. The hotel venue is at Royce hotel located at Manuel A. Roxas Highway, Corner
Ninoy Aquino Avenue Zone, Clark Freeport, Mabalacat, Pampanga.
B. Registration starts at 8:00 A.M. on June 7, 2022.
C. Registration fee of Php 8,000.00 will be collected for Live out participants and an
additional Php 2,500.00 will also be collected if they opted to be billeted on the
venue hotel or hotels recommended by the host. Inclusive of said 8,000.00 and
Php2,500.00 are as follows:
1. 3 sets of breakfast
2. 2 sets of lunch; on June 9, lunch will be given as a packed lunch to be
distributed at the benchmarking of your choice.
3. 2 sets of dinner; on June 9, dinner will be given as a coupon and will be
used to dine at a nearby restaurant or fast food of your choice.
D. Pre-registration is highly encouraged up to May 15, to guarantee a room at the
main venue on first come first serve basis up to 400 pax. However, those who
wish to be billeted to other nearby hotels, please give us an advance notice.
E. For prepayments, deposit your cash or check payments to the Land Bank of the
Philippines-Koronadal Branch under the account name: PLEASES Inc. with
Current Account No. 0752-1103-79. Bank Deposit Slip, Registration Form and
List of Prepaid Delegates with preferred rooming list (for multiple registrants)
shall be emailed to secretarytothesangguniangbayan@gmail.com and contact
the pre-registration in-charge Genelle Rivera 09153986780 and Eldred Infante

F. Pre-registered participants are advised to write legibly and clearly their names
and LGU name, including province and region (handwritten is discouraged) to
prevent hassles. Don’t forget to ask for confirmation from the committee
assigned.
G. Walk-in participants/delegates arriving on June 6, and opt to stay in June 10 and
onward shall shoulder hotel accommodation on personal account and billeted at
the nearby partner hotels.
II. Program of Activities.
A. Day 1 (June 7, 2022)
1. Registration and billeting will start at 8:00 A.M.
2. A holy mass will be celebrated at 4:00 P.M. held at the function hall of the
main hotel venue (Royce Hotel).
3. Opening ceremony and socialization (masquerade ball) will start right
after the holy mass.
a) Dress code
(1) Long gown for women
(2) Suit and tie for men
(3) For those who opt not to wear the recommended attire,
please wear at least a formal attire to match the event.
(4) Each participant will be provided with a mascara in your kit.
4. Day 2 (June 8, 2022)
a) Devoted to seminar topics, workshops, and discussions.
(1) Non PLEASES Members will be attending lectures on
topics related to their position/work on separate venues.
(a) Legislative Staff - topic: Documents and Records
Management and Filing System with Values
Integration and Technical Writing
(b) Barangay Officials- Barangay Local Legislation
Course
(2) PLEASES MEMBERS on a separate venue.
(a) Dynamics of Best Ecological Management:
Formulation of Environment Code
(b) Kalinga SA Kalihim Fund
*Attendance is monitored and becomes the basis for issuance of
certificate of participation
5. Day 3 (June 9, 2022)
a) Various benchmarking activities will be arranged by the host team
and will provide a tour package. The cost and choice will be at
your own discretion and personal account.
(1) As soon as the tour packages are ready, we will issue
another advisory.
6. Day 4 (June 10, 2022)
a) Distribution of certificates
b) Closing ceremonies
c) Check out time is at 12:00 P.M.
