SURVEILLANCE POSTOPERATOIRE
Immédiat
Unité des soins Intensifs
• Minimum 48H + monitoring en continu de l’électrocardiogramme
• Monitoring invasif de l’hémodynamique
• Diurèse horaire
• Biologie : NFS, Ionogramme, rénale, syndrome inflammatoire, cinétique
enzymatique, gazométrie
• Complications:
– Ischémique, Rythmique, Hémorragique
• Physiothérapie respiratoire et mobilisation précoce
• Ablation des drains médiastinaux et pleuraux (J2 post op sauf complications)
• Radiographie thoracique + Echocardiographie transthoracique quotidienne
Critères de Sortie
• >J6 post‐op ( sauf complications)
• Autonomie suffisante
• Paramètres vitaux stables et corrects
• Biologie satisfaisante
– NFS, ionogramme, fonction rénale, syndrome inflammatoire
• Examens complémentaires dans les normes
– Echocardiographie transthoracique de repos
– Electrocardiogramme de repos
– Radiographie thoracique
Suivi postopératoire
Ambulatoire
1ère visite: J10
2ème visite : J15 (+ Ablation des fils de sutures)
3ème visite: Chirurgien + Membres de la famille
Inscription pour le programme de réhabilitation postopératoire
