Purpose and Expectations
Plant Pals recently shipped test batches of plants to customers in advance of the formal service launch. We surveyed 50 customers over a period of
four weeks. The responses helped us make improvements to later test shipments. This meeting will provide an overview of the feedback received
and improvements made.

 Topic #1: Plant Pals project current goal and scope. 

o (Informal discussion led by the PM)
 Topic #2:  On-time deliveries and customer satisfaction with products. 
o ( Fulfillment, customer service, inventory, and training managers will provide updates)
 Topic #3: Possibility of a live chat feature being incorporated.
o Group brainstorming session. (IT specialist will lead this part of the meeting with the Quality Assurance tester providing assistance on
how that feature can be tested).
