Vitamin D is a nutrient as well as a hormone that our


body produces.It is a fat soluble that is known for
helping the body to absorb phosphorus and calcium
which are both critical for bone building.

also known as a bone building as well as
strengthening them.It promotes the absorption of
calcium in your guts.

from cholesterol.The suns ultraviolet rays (B) (UVB) ray hit
