Total land area: 22.0869 hectares

This authority is being given under the following terms and conditions:

3. Period of authority - - - - - 90 days from date of this letter
4. Kind of authority - - - - - - Non-exclusive
5. Expenses of sale:
A. Sellers account - - - - -- five (5%) commission
B. Buyers account- - - - -- Capital gains tax, documentary stamp tax, registration
expenses, notarial fees, transfer tax, local taxes and other expenses necessary to
transfer the titles under the name of the Buyer.
6. Consideration : Should you be able to close the sale of subject properties we commit to share
with you FIFTY (50%) percent of our broker’s professional fee of Five( 5%) percent commission
of agreed price payable as soon as this fee is paid and encashed.
