Inrtroduction
November is nearly approaching. For us to normalize, November usually means
Halloween, while Halloween means mysteries and scary stuff. But let's break the
traditional way of how celebrating Halloween. I want each SJITIANS to show their
creativity by decorating their respective rooms using recycled materials. I want
each room to be Halloween-themed so that we can uniquely celebrate
Halloween.

Our Purpose
To make Halloween month more fun and exciting.
To show how creative SJITIANS are.
To make sure that everyone will be united when it comes to these things.

Our Goals
To break the traditional way of celebrating Halloween and to show how
creative everyone is.

4Plan
We will be having a contest wherein each room should have Haunted classroom
using recyclable materials.

The room that will be chosen has a very unique design that will receive a prize
that shall win
5 Mechanics
Each section is encourage to decorate their respective classrooms. The
Advisers can assist their students in decorating. The decoration should
revolve on the theme “Haunted Classroom” with the following criteria:

35% - CREATIVITY -Aesthetic Composition of the Design.

30% - ORIGINALITY - Unique, Unparalleled theme Related Design.
35% - OVERALL IMPACT -Attractive, Well-Presented, Most Scary
100% - TOTAL

Using Super glues, mighty bond or rugby is extremely prohibited in attaching

decors to the walls and ceiling.

Latex paint, spray paint or any other types or paint are not allowed to be used
in doors, windows, whiteboard, chairs or any other school property. Water
gbased paint is allowed to be used in your prepared things.

Using heavy materials like wood is not allowed.

Decorations should come from recycled materials with a maximum of

1000.00 for their expenses for the things they need to buy for the said activity.
In connection with this, if they didn't follow this instruction some percentage
from their total score will be deducted.

The students are only allowed to decorate their classroom from 7:00 am until
1:00 pm.

Student who will use sabotage technic (destroying other rooms' decorations)
can be reported to the officer in-charge or directly to the principal for
disciplinary action.

In decorating, students must observe cleanliness, propriety and safety.

The classroom should reflect the true meaning of “Haunted Classroom".

All participants will receive a certification of participation.

The winner will receive medal and certificate.
