NOTE TO AIRLINES

Subject: Health measures for repatriation flights to Madagascar

Dear Sir or Madam

Further to the presidential instructions of August 8 and the communiqué issued by the

MTTM dated August 12, the following sanitary measures are applicable as of today and until further
notice :

- A compulsory confinement of 5 days in one of the hotels approved by the Government;

- Upon boarding, presentation of a negative PCR test result performed at least 72 hours

prior to departure, as well as a hotel reservation certificate;

- On arrival and at the airport, a new PCR test must be performed before going to the hotel;

- On the 4th day of confinement, another PCR test with a negative result allows the passenger to
leave the hotel on the 5th day.
