one of the signs that your body is working by doing exercise. When you

are sweating, you will know or see all the hard work you have done while

you are doing a physical activity. The smile symbolizes that when you

love what you are doing like aerobic exercise it can be seen in your

smiles that you love what you are doing and you are happy doing it.

Smile means to choose yourself by choosing happiness like valuing and

taking care of yourself. Repeat means if you want to maintain a healthy

bodyor lifestyle, you just have to do the aerobic exercise by repeating it.
