    Direction: Analyze the picture below and answer the given questions. (10 points x 3 items)

    1. What does the picture depict? How can you relate this to the discussion on the concepts of
    CSR?

    -In my opinion, the image captures corporate social responsibility’s twin purpose: on the one hand, it
    tries to convince people that it is noble of them to support charitable institutions that work for a good
    cause, while on the other, they secretly see this as a way to further their own interests.

    2. Do you believe most companies today are not sincere in their CSR initiatives? Why or Why
    not?

    - I still believe that there are still companies that are sincer in their CSR because there are still people
    and company who are focusing on their CSR with good intents. Businesses cannot simply generate
    profit and follow the letter of the law in their business operations. Filipinos nowadays expaect small and
    huge businesses to profit while also being ethically and socially responsible.

    3. What advice would you give to the corporate executive in this picture if you were to be
    asked?

    - If I were asked, the advice I would give to a corporate executive is to be responsible in this type of
    event by taking it seriously because doing so will benefit not only the company but will also encourage
    people in the community to have a positive impact. To maintain a healthy environment, corporate
    executives must conduct their business ethically. A good CSR practice may improve a company's
    reputation.
