RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working as Manager, Quality Improvement Department, handled all
the responsibilities and duties of the position successfully; there
responsibilities and duties are as follows: led the team in quality
department and supervised their work, responsible for the development,
implementation and maintenance of the quality system policies,
responsible for motivating team members in achieving the targets and
objectives of the company, handled various projects successfully. Bahrain
Specialist Hospital is the first hospital in the country to achieve Joint
Commission International (JCI) Accreditation, USA. Lead the quality team
for the successful completion of JCI reaccreditation survey.

• Lead the Quality Team for the successful implementation of Joint
