D E V E L O P M E N T PROGRAM, AMENDING F O R T H E
P U R P O S E R E P U B L I C A C T N O . 7279, A S A M E N D E D ,
O T H E R W I S E KNOWN AS THE URBAN D E V E L O P M E N T
A N D H O U S I N G A C T O F 1992
S E C . 2. A m e n d a t o r y P r o v i s i o n s . - T h e following
provisions of Republic Act No. 7279, entitled " A n Act to Provide
for a Comprehensive and Continuing Urban Development and
H o u s i n g P r o g r a m , E s t a b l i s h t h e M e c h a n i s m for i t s
Implementation, and for other Purposes", are hereby amended:
