A BILL
To abolish the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and
Explosives.

1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

4 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Abolish the ATF Act’’.

5 SEC. 2. ABOLISHMENT OF THE BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TO-

6 BACCO, FIREARMS, AND EXPLOSIVES.

7 The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Ex-

8 plosives is hereby abolished.
