    Virtual Reality!
    Daily, I browse the social media for hours and hours
    scrolling down and up looking for the updates. I like to follow
    the new trends on Google that are popping up every now and
    then on my phone. Actually, these
    notifications never stop.
    I have many social media
    accounts such as Facebook,
    WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and
    twitter. I have even created a YouTube
    channel in which I share different
    videos. But as the time pass by , I

    realized that I am trapped in a virtual reality in which my time


    is devoured endlessly.
    Not just that but also, I check my phone every 10 or
    15 minutes, which causes many distractions and
    inconveniences. I can’t multitask very often, so I always miss
    projects’ deadlines and work schedules. Let alone going to work
    in the morning exhausted. It hampers my studies and makes me
    a real couch potato.
