WHEREAS, presented for the consideration of the Body is the Local Shelter Plan of the Municipality for FY 2016-2024 that defines the present and projected needs, gaps, issues on the _ municipality’s local housing program vis-avis the projected population, resources required, S affordability analysis from which our local housing program strategies, interventions and implementation plans had been drawn up; WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Code (RA 7160), and the Urban Development and Housing Act (RA 7279), the Municipality of Balaoan is mandated to implement programs and projects in socialized or low cost housing and other mass dwelling that a3 are in consonance with the national Socialized Housing program; WHEREAS, the adoption of the Local Shelter Plan will not only bring the much-sought socio- economic gains for the municipality but also achieve its desired vision of evolving the town into an agri-industrial hub in the region; OhePnd NOW THEREFORE, on motion unanimously seconded, Be it: RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to adoptthe Local Shelter Plan of the Municipality of Balaoan, La Unionfor 2016-2024.“UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.” ! : b oh }waant XRINA L.LEDDA HON.
